Demand for individual psychological therapy has increased dramatically since the start of the COVID19 pandemic. At this time, I am not taking on any more individal one-to-one therapy clients.
As a way of addressing the shortages for one-to-one services, Spilt Milk Psychology will be rolling out some one-to-many options in 2022, including online information sessions, mini-workshops, and group coaching programs.
I am a clinically endorsed board-approved supervisor. My supervision fees are $220/hr (including GST) for ongoing regular supervision. I also provide one-off consultation sessions for complex case conceptualisation at $260/hr (including GST).
I offer mentoring/supervision during school hours on Thursdays and Fridays via Zoom. I am currently in the process of rebalancing my diary for 2022, which means I have had a couple of openings for additional supervision open up! I really enjoy supervision focused on “juggling hats” (I run a Facebook group of the same name for mental health clinicians) – looking at how we manage all the different roles that we as caring professionals fill, both in and out of the therapy space.
I like supervision that balances practical “what do I do/say?” but also providing a safe holding space for you as a human to bring in all the struggles that come from trying to manage our own stuff and how that impacts on the work we do. I particularly enjoy assisting clinicans navigating the return to clinical work after maternity leave. I work mostly from a compassion-focused therapy framework both with clients and with clinicians but also integrate some atttachment theory, schema therapy, CBT and ACT.
